‘And I have been a constant example of how you can help the poor by working hard. You should remember the words of the Lord Jesus: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.'”
(Acts 20:35, NLT).

I've been so inspired by our campus students and by the work that HOPE worldwide at FSU is doing in our community. Since last semester, HOPE worldwide FSU members have been volunteering at the Big Bend Homeless Coalition's HOPE Community. The HOPE Community is a Human Services Center that addresses the needs of the homeless. It has separate dorms for families, men, and women. Families with children are the fastest growing segment of the homeless population. The students have been spending their Saturday mornings with the children in the family dorm. Emily Morris is the President of HOPE worldwide FSU. She, along with the other campus women (and men!), is making an impact at HOPE Community, and with the other students on campus. Details>>
